酸雾净化塔 Acid fog purification tower

工作原理:

酸雾净化塔处理的主要有害气体为酸雾H2SO4)、氯化氢(HCL)气体及氟化氢HF气体、铬酸雾（cro3)、氰氢酸（HCN)气体、硫化氢(H2S)、氨气(NH3)、碱蒸汽等水溶性气体。酸雾净化塔采用氢氧化钠溶液为吸收中和液来净化酸雾废气，配置自动化加液系统，运用二级喷淋方式，达到全面阻截吸收废气的目的。

Operating principle:

Acid alkaline waste gas pushes into the bottom of tower by fan.The gas willreact with the absorption liquid when they go through the spray section.Thenthe waste gas,with low acid fog density,enters into the second section,aftertake reacting with the plastic ball,the expellant gas from the tower has a lowerdensity and can meet the state standard.
